Established in 2011; Mezcal Madre, is perfectly suited for seasoned mezcal drinkers and newcomers alike. Madre Espadin is produced by Carlos Blas and family using fully mature agaves from their farms in Miahuatlan, Matatlan, and San Dionisio. Madre Mezcal distinguishes itself through its focus on sustainability and artisanal production. Additionally, Madre Mezcal has committed to donating a portion of its profits to charitable organizations in Mexico. This release uses Espadin, which is a variety of agave and has its own unique & distinctive flavour profile.
