Aged for more than two decades in bourbon, sherry, virgin oak and Bordeaux red wine casks, this 21 year old expression has a perfectly balanced flavour profile that combines unpeated and peated spirit to create a luxurious single malt. There’s a lovely marriage of sweet and smoke on the palate, with notes of chocolate, fruit, and peat. The Twenty One is a terrific Speyside whisky that’s full of character.
