Trois Rivieres Blanc rum is a traditional rhum Agricole produced by the Trois Rivieres Distillery in Martinique. It is made from sugarcane juice that is fermented and then distilled using a traditional copper column still. It is often used as a base for cocktails, particularly in traditional Caribbean drinks such as the Ti Punch and the Mai Tai. It is also enjoyed by rum enthusiasts neat or on the rocks because of the complex flavour profile and unique character.
