This is Batch B1/23 of Redbreast 12 Year Old Cask Strength. This single pot still Irish whiskey, triple-distilled in copper pot stills from a mix of malted and unmalted barley, has been matured in both bourbon and oloroso sherry casks. It delivers the classic, rich flavour profile of Redbreast, but with an added intensity, thanks to its robust cask strength of 57.2% ABV.
