An excellent introduction to mezcal from QuiQuiRiQui. This unaged expression is made in the village of Santiago Matatlan, the so-called capital of the popular Mexican spirit. It uses Espadin agave and double distillation to create an approachable drink that’s the perfect balance of sweet and smokey flavours. Can be enjoyed straight or in a mezcal cocktail.
