Released in 2018 as part of an Old Pulteney rebrand, Huddart is a peated Highland single malt that is a slight departure from the distillery’s usual character. It is initially aged in ex-bourbon casks, before spending a finishing period in barrels that previously held peaty whisky. This sees notes of bonfire and brine marry with those classic Old Pulteney flavours of honey, cream and salt. An excellent take on a popular dram.
