Released as part of their Distillers Edition range, this expression of Oban was distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2021. It’s been matured in traditional oak casks, before spending a second maturation period in Montanilla Fino sherry casks from the Andalusian region. This has given the Highland whisky an extra layer of complexity, with flavours of rich fruit, salt and spice.
