This is a rare single malt release from the Mannochmore distillery near Elgin. Mannochmore is part of Diageo’s stable, with most of the output being reserved for blended whisky. This 12 year old expression, part of the popular Flora and Fauna series, is the only official bottling from Mannochmore. It’s delicate and grassy, with a distinctly pale colour, making for a great aperitif.
