2015 stood out as an exceptional growing season. A mild winter and warm spring led to an early bud break, while a hot, dry summer enhanced the concentration of flavours. August rains allowed the grapes to achieve perfect ripeness, resulting in a harvest of exceptional quality with an ideal balance of acidity and sugar. This vintage is an exquisite assemblage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, aged for almost 10 years on the lees in the darkness of the cellars to reach full maturation, allowing the wine to fully reveal its complexity and elegance.
