This prestigious bottling is named in honour of Nicolas François Billecart, the house’s founder, and is a testament to the family’s dedication to quality and tradition in Champagne making. This bottling is a blend of Grands Crus from the renowned Côte des Blancs vineyards (Chardonnay) and the Montagne de Reims (Pinot Noir). Its vinification includes partial ageing in traditional oak casks, which enhances the wine’s generous character, adding complexity and a rich texture to the naturally elegant base.
