This particular expression is from Balblair Distillery. Located in the Highland region of Scotland is the oldest release in their Collection range, they previously bottled their whisky by vintage. This exceptional Single Malt was initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks, and then finished in Spanish oak for added complexity. Coming in at a healthy 46% and non chill-filtered and all natural colour. This release also picked up Gold at International Wine & Spirits Competition in 2019.
