Balblair relaunched their core range in 2019 and the 15 year old expression is a step up from their entry level release. This Highland single malt was first aged in ex-bourbon casks, before being finished in first fill Spanish oak barrels. The result is a rich and well-rounded whisky, with notes of chocolate, citrus and spice. It’s been bottled at 46%, is non-chill filtered and has a natural colour.
