The Vesper from Ian Fleming’s 1953 book; Casino Royal and the Corpse Reviver #2 are very popular Cocchi Americano cocktails. This is a famed Italian aperitif, and has become a popular alternative to the original Kina Lillet. Importantly, it has more quinine bitterness than Lillet Blanc although it also is a touch more spiced.
