Angel’s Envy is always an interesting and sought after release, after the initial maturation in American oak barrels, it is then treated to the ‘Scotch touch’ and transferred to port barrels for 3 to 6 months. The combination of the vanilla rich Bourbon combined with the sweet, sticky Port notes is a winning combination.
